Omnichannel Operations Manager - Full-Time

Job Purpose:
Operationalize, facilitate and support sales activities pertaining to our E-commerce sales, both nationally and internationally. Maintain all applicable databases, communicate issues, and monitor customer feedback and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate and support consumer sales projects as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day E-Commerce operations to achieve desired sales objectives, goals and budgets
- Ensure that the store’s E-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, leading to consumer satisfaction and repeat sales
- Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to sales forecasts
- Coordinate planning, implementation and execution of E-Commerce initiatives
- Oversee performance of various e commerce sales channels, propose, and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
- Assist in the analysis and response to the competitive landscape
- Develop strategies and tactics to creatively solve problems
- Provide feedback to store management team on the effectiveness of operational programs
- Coordinate efforts of Warehouse and Distribution team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders
- Participate in business planning sessions by engaging a cross functional team, as appropriate
- Integrate and analyze multiple data sources to create selling strategies and programs that deliver win-win outcomes through innovation and collaboration
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) across all e-sales channels through data analytics, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide support to Online Accounts Specialist as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or life science field
- 2-5 years Customer Relations or Sales experience, or combination.
- 1-2 years hands on working experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms
Knowledge Skills, and Abilities
- Fundamental familiarity with e commerce operations and online sales strategies
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills with a customer and performance driven mindset
- Ability to analyze performance data, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to support operational improvements and decision-making
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with a customer centric focus
- Position may be available to work hybrid with required travel to the home office as needed
